We train our employees about the importance of confidentiality and maintaining the privacy and security of your information. Access to your personal information is restricted to our employees only and stored securely in our salon system only to provide benefits or services to you.
Untampered, unopened products can be returned within ten days of purchase. Seals can not be broken and items must be returned in original packaging. If product comes in a box, it must not be damaged for the purpose of resale. Postage will not be covered if the item is returned out of choice.
Treatment Cancellation Policy
Your treatment time has been reserved especially for you. If you need to reduce treatment time, reschedule or cancel your appointment, you are required to provide us with 24 hours’ notice. Please understand that when you cancel your appointment last minute or forget to arrive, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time which is a disadvantage to our business and means we may not be able to provide a service to another client. Since the treatment time has been reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply. We will be asking for credit card details to have on file.
Appointments made within the 24 hour period that are then required to be cancelled must be cancelled within 4 hours of the appointment time or this will result in a 20% charge equal to the reserved treatment amount.
Late arrivals will have their appointment time reduced so as not to disadvantage other client’s appointment times.
As a courtesy, we will call to confirm your appointments 1 business day prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you, and can only leave a message, please understand that it is then your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals and missed appointments resulting in the cancellation fee.
Supply and delivery policy
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details. We will attempt to send your products within two working days. Products will be delivered free of charge to Dalby town only within one week of receiving payment.
